When you book an appointment at Kaylan Hicks Registered Massage Therapy, that time is set aside for you- and ONLY you. I try to always be ready for you when you arrive and in return, I ask that you keep your promise and show up for your appointment on time.
Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver a service. Therefore missed appointments are costly and will prevent me from catering to other clients
That said, my policy is simple. If you give less then 4 hour notice of cancellation you will be charged 50% for that appointment. If you are a “NO SHOW” pleased be advised that you will be charged the full amount of the session. Thank you for being considerate of my time.
